The shelter you are staying in is private property of the municipality or the state. It was built as a shelter for people working in the forest, who therefore have priority use of it. If forestry staff do not need it, the municipality is happy to make it available to hikers, provided they respect the following conditions: - occupancy is limited to one day - except in an emergency, overnight stays are forbidden - if necessary, use must be shared with others - no reservations - fire may only be lit in the stove and with all due precautions; the wood used should be supplemented with deadwood found in the surrounding forest - when you leave this shelter, leave it clean and take your rubbish and empty bottles with you. The municipality or state foresters reserve the right to enforce these rules and take appropriate measures if needed to prevent misuse.
