The place

The cisterns are numerous, some fitted with a simple system consisting of a roof with gutters connected to the cistern. Some are equipped (see). This should fill quickly with excellent water given the size of the roof. This shelter cannot be used except for a short break sheltering from heavy rain. From Le Brassus, climb to La Thomassette (cross-country ski centre) then the road to the left (toward the Refuge des Sages)
