Courtal de Lamarda

The place

Sleeping places available: 8 This recently restored cabin is nice and dry but has no heating. A large loft with a floor and 1 mat. A small developed spring 20m to the west. From Massat, take the D18 towards the Port de Lers. At a bend 1km before reaching the Étang de Lers, leave the car and take a 4x4 track (for shepherds!) that climbs 100m in elevation. The cabin sits at the top of a field with about ten "orris" (traditional stone shepherd huts).
