The place

Open building at 1343 m in the Bauges (Savoie), at the Col de Bornette. New 4x4 track access. Inside: a room fitted with a stove, a table, two benches and two chairs; everything remains dusty, old and uninviting. Several rooms, some with holes (notably in a wall corner). Nothing set up for sleeping; can currently only be used in an emergency. Apparently intended for the shepherd's use only. A good break sheltered from the rain.
