The place
Well-equipped unguarded hut at 1553 m in the Chartreuse massif (Isère). Firewood reserve at the back of the chalet (not well sheltered, wood can be damp). Water source about 200 m away with a good flow. Fastest access from the Col de la Placette via the Pas de la Miséricorde.
