Refuge des Peugueux: A Haven of Peace in the Heart of Nature The Refuge des Peugueux, comfortably seating around fifteen people, is equipped with a wood stove for warmth. Outside, a table and two benches provide a welcoming space to enjoy the surrounding nature. Although water is not directly accessible nearby, the refuge is located close to a spring catchment area. The inside of the refuge has no firewood, but deadwood can be found standing in the surrounding area. In good, clean condition, the refuge is located near the Étang de Ladramont. To get there from the D136, park at the locality Le Mont du Tronc, then head towards the Étang de Ladramont following the GRP des Villages et Châteaux de Haute Saône for 300 meters. At the junction with a forest track, turn left heading northwest. Follow this track until you reach the Refuge des Peugueux, built of stone and currently under renovation. Practical Information Capacity: About fifteen people seated. Facility: Wood stove for heating. Outdoor furniture: A table and two benches. Water: Spring catchment area nearby. Firewood: Standing deadwood available around the refuge. Condition: Good condition and clean. Please respect the environment and leave the refuge in the condition you found it.
