Sleeping spaces planned: 8. Mattress spaces: 8. Small open refuge, very clean, 8 decent mattresses arranged 4/4 over 2 levels, 1 blanket per mattress. Apparently well insulated (two doors to go through to get in, the first one metal). Spartan equipment (2-3 cooking containers). Fountain (bachal) right outside. From Saint Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires, Col des Encombres. On the path coming from the Col des Encombres, 3-4 kilometers as the crow flies north of the pass (no access difficulty) ???
