The place

Sleeping places: 8 Places on mattress: 2 It's a wooden chalet with concrete foundations and even a cellar open to the wind, 3 rooms with windows. You almost feel like you're breaking into a residential chalet. Certainly used by forestry workers. The door has a lock but is unlocked. Good insulation but no heating despite a chimney flue. 2 mattresses, one bed frame but you could sleep on the floorboards, wardrobes in the "bedrooms". Broom, shovel. Streams nearby. The atmosphere is very woodland, even austere, no view. Visible on the IGN map. It can be reached from a hairpin bend on the forest road climbing to the Ebaudiaz, via a trail across the slope (not a forest track as shown on the IGN map).
