The place

Planned sleeping capacity: 6. The chalet is located in the Haute Chaîne du Jura National Nature Reserve. On a ledge overlooking the Geneva plain, facing mainly east. 3 rather worn mattresses upstairs, in 3 small rooms. No fireplace/stove (the pipe was broken on 26/04/2008, do not use it). No water; rainwater tanks collect water. This is presumably a summer pasture used by the shepherd in season (and therefore may be closed), so check beforehand. Located below the Colomby de Gex, about 30 min from Branveau, to the north; 1 h 30-2 h from the forest road running along this whole flank of the Jura range. A sign marks the intersection between the service road leading up to the Crozet cable car and the path leading to Bévy. Belongs to the town of Crozet.
