Casera Valinis
The place
Casera Valinis at 940 m (DB 967 m) on the Meduno pre-Alpine plateau (coordinates 46.23°N 12.81°E, province of Pordenone, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy). Private property used for summer grazing. A site of archaeological interest: Mesolithic flints (scrapers) have been collected here, kept in the archaeological collection of Villa Savorgnan in Lestans (PN). Cluster with Casera Britol (batch 40, 46.13/12.59, 19 km to the south-west).
Getting there
Access from Meduno via the Meduno-Campone road, turning right after the Forchia pass. Private property — check for prior authorisation.

Meduno pre-Alpine plateau, Carnic Prealps (Pordenone, Friuli-Venezia Giulia). Mesolithic prehistoric site.
