Bivouac-baita at ~1276 m on the Alpe Cascinetta, municipality of Coggiola (Biella, Piedmont) — the DB lists 1163 m but local sources mention 1276 m. Always open, equipped with tables with chairs and benches, a gas stove, a wood stove and various provisions. A stopover on an easy and pleasant hike through varied conifer and beech forests up to the lovely Bocchetta Foscale, where two baite converted into bivouacs welcome hikers. Accessible from Piane di Rivò (Coggiola), about 35 km from Biella. A characteristic stop on the trails of the Biellese, in the Monte Barone group.
