Scout house at about 1000 m at Alpe Carolza, in the municipality of Schignano (province of Como, Lombardy, Italy), above Argegno, set within the Foresta della Val d'Intelvi very close to the Italian-Swiss border. Large meadow for activities, surrounding forests. Equipped with electricity, gas kitchen, two rooms, bedrooms and sanitary facilities. Wood heating, water from rainwater collection and a spring. Capacity 30 people including leaders. Run by AGESCI (Italian Catholic scouts association) for outings, summer or winter camps and holidays for scout or educational troops.
