The place

Self-catering hut (Selbstversorgerhütte) of the Nuremberg section of the German Alpine Club (DAV Nürnberg), located about 590 m northeast of Pommelsbrunn, in the Mittelfranken region (Bavaria) on the edge of the Franconian Jura. Four to five sleeping places. No electricity or water; separate composting toilets. Foot access only from Bürtel, about 15 min. Rental restricted to DAV Nürnberg members (with a few exceptions for affiliated sections).
