The place

Staffed cabin at 2566 m on the left side of the Val Bedretto (Ticino, Switzerland). The first modern capanna of the Swiss Alpine Club, 100 beds in small rooms; well-liked kitchen, services for hikers in summer and skiers in winter. Summer season opening 19 June 2026 depending on snow conditions; winter season until 19 April 2026, by advance reservation only (maximum 8 people).
