The place
A recreational center near Saint-Siméon, in Charlevoix (Quebec), at the heart of the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve and the Saguenay-St. Lawrence Marine Park. A well-heated dormitory equipped with about fifteen beds; a wooden chalet is also available for rent, plus wild camping sites around the lake. Not a mountain refuge: an outdoor recreation base.
