Cabane ruinée de la forêt de Côte Chèvre

The place

Ruined hut at 1390 m in the Vercors massif (Drôme), shown on IGN maps but unusable as shelter: an entire section of wall missing, open to the wind and collapsing. Access from Fontaine Morte: a small trail branching off to the right of the path leading to the Col de Côte Chèvre, then passing beside a ruin via a faint track and a gentle climb through a sparse forest of small firs.
