The place

Cabin at 1565 m in the Vercors (Isère). Closed, reserved for the shepherd. No mattresses, upper level with a chair and a table indoors and outdoors, no stove. Marked on IGN maps. Access from Gresse-en-Vercors towards the Mont Aiguille, or descending from the Grand Veymont via the Pas de la Ville and the eastern balcony path; path and small forest road from the hamlet of La Ville. Public transport via the Grenoble-Gap rail line.
