Cabane forestière du Riffol

The place

Ruined forest hut at 1015 m in the Vercors (Isère), near the hamlet of Le Fau. A rutted track heads northwest from Le Fau and reaches the hut quickly. Very poor condition: nothing inside, no door or window frames. Loft inaccessible, rubble, a pallet and unidentified objects. Stays dry, but is essentially a stone umbrella.
