Cabane du Sol del Bosc

The place

Former forest ranger's house at 1280 m, built in 1909, fell into ruin then fully restored in 2013 by the Panorama de Miglos association (Haute-Ariège). Also called "Cabane des Gardes" or "Le Refuge". Equipped with a fireplace, tables, chairs, and 2 mattresses (140 and 90 cm). Bulb powered by a solar panel (8 h autonomy). Along the forest trail linking Norgeat to the Fontaine de Millaoux and the Rocher de Miglos. Source du Milhaus nearby, restored by the Panorama Miglos association.
