The place

Wooden cabin of 40 sqm at 291 m, owned by a hunting association from Bera/Vera de Bidasoa (Navarre, Spain), located 90 m west-northwest of a pass between the Gartzin (Lartxin) peak to the northwest and Lizarnabarra to the southeast. Well-maintained building: glazed windows, working shutters and door, two large tables with benches, dishware and a sink, with a fountain set up alongside. Access forbidden during October and November — reserved for hunters. A sign in Spanish states that the cabin may be used by hikers for a maximum of one day, when not occupied by association members.
