The place

Former pastoral hut located on the French side of the Mercantour-Argentera massif, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. The structure is now private and closed to the public. Recent reports mention occupation by a shepherd and abandoned vehicles nearby. No sleeping space available for hikers.
