The place

Sleeping places available: 10. Large shelter, open on one side, fitted with tables and benches and a barbecue. Possible to sleep on the upper floor, but the wooden gable walls let drafts through. From the banks of the Doubs, climb toward Montenol, then continue to the summit of the Chêtelat (marked as Chatelay on the map). At the heart of the Clos du Doubs, an area formed by a loop of the Doubs and bounded by the Franco-Swiss border, near St-Ursanne, a medieval town.
