Cabane du Bolchu

The place

Alpine-pasture chalets at 1975 m at the exit of the village of Hauteluce, on the road climbing to the Col du Joly, in the Beaufortain massif (Savoie). The main chalet is closed but can serve as an occasional shelter in case of storms or trouble. Rustic waypoint on the hiking routes of the Beaufortain-Mont-Blanc sector. No comfort, no indoor equipment.
