Open hut at 1308 m in the Parpaillon massif (Ubaye, Hautes-Alpes), useful for those doing the Tour de Serre-Ponçon on foot. Swiss-style chalet at the heart of a picnic area. Capacity 6 places on wooden sleeping platforms, no mattresses. Outdoor fire pits and picnic tables. Wooden fountain at the foot of a tree, right opposite. Idyllic setting: fountain, chalet, tables, barbecues with grills. Clean and comfortable hut, but no stove.
