Cabane de Lamary

The place

Cabin at 1210 m in the Béarn massif (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), accessed from Lescun via the Caillou du Curé road to the Masousa car park at Pont Lamareich. With a vehicle, you can continue 2 km further by car on a track to the Pont Lamary car park; otherwise on foot. From there, a mini-track leads to the Cabanes d'Ansabère in 10 minutes. Renovated cabin (probably by hunters), always open. Accessible by 4x4 and therefore well-used.
