Cabane de la Jasse d'Appy

The place

Hut at 1740 m in the municipality of Appy (Ariège, Haute-Ariège, Pyrenees), in the Tabe massif between Tarascon-sur-Ariège and Ax-les-Thermes. Access from Appy (via Luzenac), car park north of the village then a trail heading north toward the Étang d'Appy and its pass; the hut lies north of the small pasture just before the Étang d'Appy (1734 m). Fireplace, sleeping space for 3-4 people, table, 4 chairs, water to purify and firewood nearby. Hut used by anglers.
