The place

Orri (traditional stone cabin) at 1375 m on a trail linking the Orri de Mora to the Abbaye Saint-Martin du Canigou (Pyrénées-Orientales, Conflent). In good condition, capacity of 3 to 4 people if you squeeze in — very rustic, mainly an emergency shelter. The correct name is likely Cirerola (cherry / currant bush) rather than Cicerola.
