The Cabane de Fromont is a shelter at 650 m elevation in the commune of Charquemont, in the Doubs Regional Nature Park (Jura massif, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté). Built more than 60 years ago (celebrated in 2000 for its 60th anniversary), it houses a living room and a small dormitory (bring your own mattress and sleeping bag). Wood stove in good condition with firewood available. Easy access, about 1 hour's walk from La Goule.
