The place

Open shelter at 865 m in the Montagne Noire massif (Tarn), on the GR 7 east of the Col de David, in the Forêt de Montaud. Mainly used by hunters: no bedding, but large tables, benches and chairs. Fireplace and firewood nearby. Water 150 m to the east, at the Ruisseau des Corbières.
