The place
Small forest cabin at 669 m in the municipality of Corminboeuf (district of Sarine, canton of Fribourg, Switzerland). Located near the Les Poudrières junction, close to a woodcutters' hut; the Saint-Georges chapel lies about 1.5 km to the northeast. A stop on the hiking loops west of Fribourg, which cross three lovely forests using almost exclusively natural paths. A 9 km variant (5.8 km in the short version) descends to discover the meanders of the Sonnaz in its green setting.
