The place
Private unstaffed cabin at 1973 m elevation in the Mercantour-Argentera massif. Two cabins on site, only the one on the right remains open year-round. Not a hut but a shelter for bad weather. May be used by a shepherd in summer. In absolute necessity (bad winter weather), up to 5 people can sleep there.

From Lac de Lignin via the Bressenge valley, or from Colmars via Pont de Serre (car park) heading south-east past the Cabane des Juges.
