The place

Sturdily built white cabin at 1300 m in the municipality of Laruns (Ossau valley, Pyrénées-Atlantiques), 300 m from the D231 road, visible from the lake car park and on the GR 10. Metal door and shutters, table, bench, fireplace, two spring mattresses, wooden sleeping platform in the upper section. Occupied by a shepherd during the summer grazing season (capacity 0 then), left open to everyone the rest of the year (capacity 8 in winter). Facilities: fireplace, wood, water, basic bedding.
