The place

Cabin in fairly poor condition at 1450 m in the Couserans (Ariège). Earth and stone floor, corner fireplace, loft with a floor soiled by mouse droppings and roof leaks. Possible to spend the night there if it doesn't rain too much. Spring 20 m to the south (below the path). Access from Aulus: cross the bridge to the south, go up the road for 50 m, take the GR de Pays to the right, climb 700 m of elevation. Arriving in a clearing, the cabin is on the right.
