The place
Unstaffed DNT cabin at 175 m, ten meters from the Swedish border at Halden (Østfold, southeastern Norway). Managed by Tistedalen Friluftslag (DNT). Fifteen sleeping places in the main building, eight in a summer annex (unheated, under renovation in 2026). The southernmost cabin on the Grensesømmen.

Shortest access 4.5 km on foot (trail ost5). In front of the cabin: Tresticklan National Park and Lundsneset Nature Reserve. Access with a DNT key.
