The place

Accommodation capacity: 105 Opening period: mid-June / mid-September Winter room: 10 spaces Ötztal valley: Road to the village of Vent 1900m, at the head of the valley (via Solden). At Vent, paid car parking required (or nearly so, but at a reasonable price). - Ascent via the Breslauer Hütte (chairlift approach possible in summer), then past the Vernagt Hütte, then across the glacier to reach the base of the Fluchtkogel and continue SW to the hut, visible on its rocky spur. - Ascent via Hochjoch-Hospiz, then west along the Deloretteweg, then across the glacier to the hut.
