Blattlihütte ("Leaves Hut") in the Lötschental, canton of Valais (Switzerland), at 2005 m, in the Kandersteg/Lötschenpass area. A traditional timber alpine hut, open access, on cross-border routes between Valais and Bern (Lötschenpass). Alpine zone with larch, arolla pine and subalpine grassland, part of the Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO heritage site.
