The place

Self-service cabin run by Bodø og Omegns Turistforening (DNT) on the north shore of Nordre Bjøllåvann, in Saltfjellet-Svartisen National Park (Nordland, northern Norway), at 720 meters elevation. Two buildings totaling 25 sleeping places: Hytte 1 (Hovedhytta, main building) 13 places, 11 of which bookable, dogs allowed; Hytte 2 (Sikringshytta, emergency shelter) 12 places, all bookable, no dogs.
