The place
Swiss Alpine Club shelter bivouac at 2,647 m, on the southern foot of the Titlis, on the border between the cantons of Obwalden and Bern, managed by the SAC Engelberg section. Eighteen beds in a hut built thanks to the strong commitment of many volunteers, completed in 1970 under the drive of Ueli Blatter and the section. Base for alpine routes on the Titlis and the Grassen.
