The place

Sleeping places: 9. Places on mattresses: 9. Interior equipment: - 9 bunks with mattresses, blankets and pillows - Cooking corner, 1 stool. Water: water can be found 100 m to the east, going up a small scree slope from which a trickle emerges. If the east side is dry, water can be found 5 min to the west, at the same altitude (larger flow). Bivouac located at the centre of the Plan delle Agnelere, in the Piantonetto vale, Locana valley, north of the [->6396]. From the [->6396]: continue northwest on the red/white marked trail, which first leads to the Alpe Muande di Teleccio (building), then the trail forks northeast, crosses a torrent and climbs the scree that allows you to clear the rock band, to reach the plateau above this band. Once on the plateau, the trail turns due west, and on a gently ascending traverse, heads straight for the refuge nestled in the hollow of a small saddle, which keeps it hidden from lower down.
