The place
CAI Dongo bivouac at 2,011 m, at the Alpe Muggiolo in the Val Magiam above Lake Como. Eight beds, open all year, no key, no booking. A stage on the Alta Via del Lario. Dedicated to the memory of Flavio Muschialli, a friend of the section. Fitted with a camping stove (bring your own gas canister, outdoor use only). Sleeping-bag liner required for overnight stays, voluntary donation in the box provided.
