The place
Bivouac at 1848 m built on the remains of the former "Stalon de Bon" barn, on the alpine pasture between Bon and Venezia, in the Val di Sole on the Presanella side (Trentino). A two-storey building equipped with a wood-burning stove, dry firewood, table, benches and dishes; eight sleeping places with mattresses and blankets, electric lighting, water and sanitary facilities. Access about 2 km from Ossana to Valpiana, then trail SAT 216 via the Malga Valpiana forest road. A convenient stage for reaching the Bivacco Jack Canali and Lake Venezia.
