Bivacco-rifugio Stalder at 1605 m (external sources give 1620 m) on the Monte Zebio, in the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni (Asiago, province of Vicenza, Veneto). A waypoint on the CAI trail 833 "dei Cinque Cimiteri", which links five Great War cemeteries up to the open-air trench museum on Monte Zebio. Managed by the local Soccorso Alpino — keys must be requested from the Asiago Soccorso Alpino to access the interior. Access via trails 832, 832B, and 833 (E, ~1 h 20). A striking Great War battlefield setting, an atmosphere of peace and serenity, near the Croce di Sant'Antonio and the bivacco dell'Angelo.
