Bivacco Rivolta

The place

Planned sleeping capacity: 16. Places on mattresses: 16. No water, except by melting snow if any remains. A toilet hut nearby (at the pass) but ruined and unusable. There are actually only 8 bunk places, but many more mattresses (90 cm wide). To reach 12 places (16 seems utopian), you'd have to move out the table and benches and spread the extra mattresses over the whole floor area. Enough blankets. For each bivouac in this area, bring coins for the CAI collection box. Suggested price: €6/night + €3 for gas/person. Located just below the Col de Fort, on the south side.
