The place

CAI bivouac at Alpe Schiena dei Bletz, in the municipality of Macugnaga (Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Piedmont, Italy), above Lago delle Fate and the hamlet of Quarazza. Inaugurated on 23 August and dedicated to Mauro Borretti and Walter Schranz, deceased members of the CAI Macugnaga section, with a commemorative plaque placed there on that occasion.
