The place
Italian bivouac located at 1,232 m altitude at the summit of Monte Magnodeno (1,241 m), a subgroup of the Resegone in the Orobie Alps (Lecco). Managed by the Maggianico chapter of the National Association of Alpini, open Wednesdays and Sundays. Nicknamed "The Balcony over Lecco": a full panorama over Lake Como and the surrounding peaks. On site: summit cross, orientation table, barbecue, helipad, and 8 sleeping places.
