The place

Sheepfold at 1390 m in the Vercors massif (Isère). Very basic accommodation, fairly small and uncomfortable, with a small stove for making a fire and a small bench. No water, but bivouacking possible nearby. Access in about 1h30 from the car park via a forest track from Prelenfrey: wide, barely drivable track at first, then a well-maintained trail after 20 min with several forks (always keep right). Access also possible via Villard-de-Lans and the Col Vert.
