The place

Unstaffed sheepfold at 1575 m in the Belledonne massif. Main room with stove and large table, clean and basic. Capacity 10 places (6 with mattress); the open part makes up about half of the structure, with simple but comfortable sleeping platforms. Fountain/trough and wood nearby. Orange mobile coverage generally good, especially in front of the hut. Access from Gleyzin / Le Colhard in about 1h following the GR 738. Regularly maintained by the association Tous à Poêle.
