Under construction? Or falling apart, it's not entirely clear. Let's call it a shelter... The stove isn't operational, it's missing its (wide) lid and an elbow flue pipe connecting it to the outlet provided in the wall. No tools. A bit of a mess inside. Refuge perched on quite a steep slope. No water. Coordinates to be checked as it's not very visible on aerial views. Follow the directions from [->573], then cross the Elbron at the dam, a bit above the cabin. A trail then climbs on the left (marked "refuge" on the first tree on the other side of the stream) then makes 2 or 3 bends before reaching this second cabin. The trail continues afterward toward Courtet, above. 1h30 or 2h from the parking lot. ONF, Tréminis sector
