The place

Sleeping places: 8. Possible to sleep on the upstairs floor (draughty). Firewood in stock (small usable quantity for the cast-iron stove) => bring a saw/axe. Heating briquettes in stock, everything needed to start a fire is available. A small military shovel added for stirring embers and opening the stove without getting burned. A new cooker is in place and appears to be awaiting installation, with the connection pipe underneath the stairs. The door closes very well from inside and outside. Insulation on the ground floor is adequate. A broom is available for cleaning. The gas stove no longer seems to work.
