Banášov bok (Banáš Flank) in the Nízke Tatry, Brezno/Podbrezová area (central Slovakia), at 1224 m altitude, on the south flank of Ďumbier (2043 m). Part of the continuous Slovakia cluster (batches 281-311). A salaš/útulňa run by the KST in Nízke Tatry National Park (81,000 ha, the largest national park in Slovakia), part of the Vlach heritage (Roma transhumance dating to the 15th century) and of the brown bear (Ursus arctos, ~1,300 individuals in Slovakia, the highest density in Europe after Slovenia).
